We know there are many families who would like to have a small vegetable garden but don’t have space, knowledge or materials. We hope to overcome these obstacles through the development of “home garden kits” and the community gardens with space for individual & family plots.

Sponsor or apply for a “Home Garden Kit”
- “Home Garden Kits” will include a raised bed, soil, hand tools and a membership to Kansas City Community Gardens. Families or individuals who qualify will also have access to ongoing garden education through the monthly garden team meetings.
